I fought it this year; summer ending.

Kids went back to school today.

I want MORE summer.  I want them home with me LONGER.

It is good that it is pouring rain right now; it suits my mood.

This is my entry; Child number 2 soaking wet from chasing frogs in the lake at the cottage we rented last week,

and although there were a lot of times I had fun with my kids, this one says summer fun to me.
